Who around you do you consider wise?

there are many ways one may define wise. in my own ways, i always think of my younger sister as a wise person. when someone sees us both; on first impression i suppose i will be considered the wise one. the learned one; but dig a little deeper, and you will find the real gem- the wise one. the one with substance. the one who has seen, experienced and lived the hardship of life and handled everything that comes in life without even a flinch.
when i was growing up; i used to be awed by the amount of emotional strength she could muster.. even at this age; she appears to be rock solid to me.. always knowing what she wants, and knowing the need of others.
I suppose when one has a sibling like her, there is no need to wish for a guardian angel for she is perfect to be the one. the one that looks after me and fills in for my absence. and no matter how far apart we are, her memories always brings a smile on my face, warmth to heart.

Are you SURE you're not me; and she isn't my younger sister? The one who made life easier to live in for me? Who always knows how I'm feeling? And yet who treated me like I was a mom?

Thank you dear Meenakshi. You are being too kind. Am still far away from being the wise one..(though i wish i can be one :-> ) .. I always feel am more of a ficke minded, carefree soul that still needs a lot of guidance.
