What's the best thing about where you live?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 16, 2008:
I always have an issue with the place i live; as i age, i realize its the need to feel belong; once i even bought a place simply to make me feel I belonged to the place i live; yet even got a chance to stay at the place, i move to another country....
you can put me anywhere in the world and in few days i will feel am home....disloyal it may sound i feel its simply the result of lvg a nomadic life for more than half of my life...as i grew up those become part of my memories that i cheerish.
the place i currently live - well to a large extend, i always feel a city is always a city; there is nothing much to talk about friendly people or beautiful grass like the small town i was born... nor is there anything to say about the colours or cultures....
if there is one word - it will then be sterile....
but for some reasons when i reached the airport after a long travel - between the journey from airport to the place i am living now - i alwiz feel good; feel glad to just be able to breathe the clean air; the warm sunshine and glad to see people ignoring each other... it means personal space :>
i feel welcomed and i feel home
